Bond! Sherlock! The Crow? Ben-Hur nope. What roles do you want to see Tom do next or hope hear tell are true? He just said no to the Sherlock thing finally. I'm surprised no one ever asked him directly about it until now.

Okay, I do have to take note that Hiddleston is now following Charlize Theron on twitter, and she is in pre-production for Fast 8. Probably just a coicidence, but I am desperate to know what he is doing after Thor and she has a dozen upcoming projects listes. Tom likes to follow people he works with or has met, so here's hoping he may be in one of those projects perhaps.
Interesting.

There are at least 50 different potential Shakespeare projects listed on IMDB for the rest of 2016 and 2017, fyi. About half of them are already in production so I doubt he's involved. www.imdb.com/name/nm0000636/referenceTom wants to do comedy, there is always The Taming of the Shrew. There is also an "Untitled Shakespeare Musical Project" There's a TV musical version of Othello in production as well without an Iago listed.

The old Richard II from James Ivory that has been rumored for a few years now with Tom has been updated from March 2016 as being in pre-production. Here's hoping! www.imdb.com/title/tt2338888/referenceThe listed writer Chris Terrio however looks busy doing the Justice League movies.

Here's there website from last year listing him as the star www.merchantivory.com/news/view/id/2"Richard II, set around the year 1398, traces the fall from power of the last king of the house of Plantagenet, Richard II, and his replacement by the first Lancaster king, Henry IV (Henry Bolingbroke). Richard II, who ascended the throne as a young boy, is a regal and stately figure, but he is wasteful in his spending habits, unwise in his choice of counselors, and detached from his country and its common people. When he begins to “rent out” parcels of English land to certain wealthy noblemen in order to raise funds for one of his wars, and seizes the lands and money of a recently deceased and much respected uncle to help fill his coffers, both the commoners and the king’s noblemen decide that Richard has gone too far. Project Status: Pre-production Director: James Ivory (The Remains of the Day, Howards End, A Room With a View) Screenwriter: Chris Terrio (Argo, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice) Starring: Tom Hiddleston (Marvel’s The Avengers, War Horse, Midnight in Paris) Producer: Michael Mailer"
